In the shop
Saturday tastings
Six-bottle flights every Saturday, 2–5pm at the Irving shop. Free, no reservation, and whoever poured it can usually tell you the grower’s first name.
At your place
Private tastings
We bring the wine, the glassware and someone who has walked the vineyards. Eight to thirty guests, anywhere in DFW. Structured flights or just a long table.
On premise

By-the-glass programs, staff training, wine-dinner collaborations, and pairing menus built around what we can actually get more of.
In Italy
Wine travel
Small groups, twice a year. Calabria and Sicilia in spring, Piemonte and the Veneto in autumn. You stay with the families whose wine you have been drinking.
